Hosted by Onslow County’s NAACP, this years‘ festival is focused on bringing together our surrounding communities in efforts to promote Black Excellence and the enrichment of our youths education, growth, health and safety. Join us for two days of vendors, exhibitors, food trucks, fashion show and more.
